March 19-22: check-in Wednesday night, charcuterie appetizers on Wednesday night (no dinner this night), all day Thursday & Friday with a 10 am check out Saturday morning the 22nd. No session on Saturday & no breakfast the morning of checkout.

Session 1: Wednesday, March 19 from 6:30 pm – evening
Sessions 2-4: Thursday, March 20 from 10 am – evening
Sessions 5-7: Friday, March 21 from 10 am – evening

Check Out: Saturday, March 22nd
Check out before 10 am (no sessions on Saturday) 

Lodging:
Lodging at Crestview Manor Conference Center is provided. We are a boutique retreat center with bunk-style lodging. Because of lodging restraints, we are unable to accommodate married couples rooming together. Males & females will be sleeping in separate buildings.

Attire:
The attire for this particular intensive will be extremely casual. Our setup will allow people to sit on exercise mats (chairs will also be available). Wear clothing that you feel you can easily stand up, sit, kneel, and move around freely. This is NOT conference attire, so no need to dress up.

Weather:
The weather in Portland in March is typically cool, with some light showers. The evenings can be cool, so pack sweatshirts and a light jacket. We have outdoor trails that we occasionally use during sessions. Bring tennis shoes for outdoor activities.

Transportation:
You will need to arrange your transportation to Crestview Conference Center by Uber, Lyft, or rental car (there is parking onsite).
