Over the next several lessons, I am going to take you through a number of decrees that will bring you supernatural strength, heal your wounded soul, and enable you to live in the Dunamis power of Christ’s resurrection. Healing and might will flow into you as you read, pray and speak these words.
In these lessons, you will speak decrees related to the blood of Jesus to wash away every sin that has wounded your soul. In the pages ahead, we’ll deal with specific areas of need, including decrees to:
Release Dunamis into your soul and body.
Establish the healing power of God’s glory and His light.
Overcome offenses.
Overcome the traumas that are holding you back from living life to the fullest.
Defeat the kingdom of darkness.
Think of these decrees as being like antibiotics for your soul. Have you ever had an illness that came back because you didn’t take all the medicine your doctor prescribed? You were supposed to take one pill a day for ten days, but quit after five because you were feeling so much better. Then the illness came back, perhaps even worse than before. Don’t make that mistake here. Meditate on these words. Focus on them. Read them over and over until they become an absolute reality to you. As you speak these decrees to heal the wounded soul, keep these three important Scriptures in mind:
“Receive and welcome the Word which implanted and rooted [in your hearts] contains the power to save your souls.” (James 1:21)
“Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.” (Job 22:28, KJV)
“As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:10, 11, NIV)
These words are full of power, they work and they will change your life!
There is only one place to start, with the precious blood of Jesus. His blood is the entryway into all the blessings God has in store for us.
