The Apostle Paul wrote: “May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory, to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power (dunamis) in your inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Him- self indwelling your innermost being and personality]” -Ephesians 3:16.
The Strong’s concordance says the “inner” man is the “soul”! So Paul was praying that your inner man would be filled with dunamis because it would cause you to be strengthened and reinforced in your soul!
Start praying the same way Paul did! Have you been raised to new life with Christ? If so, you have access to His resurrection power.
If you haven’t been walking in the dunamis power of the resurrection, you need to start right now:
Decree that your soul is excellent.
Pray for God to flood your soul with dunamis.
The more you pray for your soul to be filled with dunamis, the more you will prosper in every way. In fact you will begin to see your wildest dreams come true!
Ephesians 3:20-21 says,
“Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power (dunamis) that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]—To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it).”
Think about it! According to this verse, God is able to do “superabundantly”more then we could ever ask, imagine or dream according to the dunamis that is at work in our souls. The more we get healed of the wounds inside of us and become excellent of soul, the more we will prosper in our relationships, finances, health and every single area of our lives!
Stop being sick, broke, and having trouble in your marriage. If you’re constantly dealing with problems like these, it is most likely because you’ve only partaken of half of what Jesus did for you. Don’t neglect the gift He already gave you!
DECREE: Chin up, Shoulders back…decree this out loud!
I decree…that God is at work within me and is able to carry out His purpose and do superabundantly, far over and above all that I ask or think infinitely beyond my highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams. I decree…that I am not sick, not broke, and my relationships are whole!
