Lord, I am Hot and Thirsty!

Many years ago, our money was very tight. One day, I was driving in the hot summer heat of Arizona and got very thirsty. I checked the bottom of my purse and all around, but had no change. This happened more than once, until one day, I just broke down and cried out to the Lord, “Lord, I don’t even have change for an iced tea!
Later, He gave me a solution! When I had some loose change, I would put it in the car, and it slowly grew. Then, I started putting a dollar bill in here and there, and when I had any extra, it went in also.
Then, there was always enough. But, God wasn’t through blessing me, because in one month’s time, three ladies on different occasions, came up to me and said “I am supposed to give you this.” All three of them gave me a twenty-dollar bill. Now, that’s God, and that’s a lot of iced tea!
Let me ask you these things friend…
Are you really trusting Him for the tiny things in life?
Do you know that He cares so much that He even provides a cold drink for you, and in trusting for small things, your faith will grow to trust Him in the big things?
What’s one small thing you can start by asking Him for today?
Ask Him. He is waiting to hear from you, His precious child…
