Going into the Courts of Heaven Really Works!

Ephesians 1:13-14 (MSG)

In the summer of 2018, I was wrestling with the idea of starting my own business to supplement my income. I had never pictured myself as a small business owner as it seemed too far of a reach.

I decided to go on a three day fast and seek direction from the Lord.  On the morning of the third day, I went into the Courts of Heaven. There, I asked the Lord to examine me and purify me by His blood and forgive me of any sin. Then, I asked that any accusations against me would be forgiven, for the blood to speak on my behalf, and that any case be dismissed and removed.  I made my request, asking for God’s direction and guidance on my heart’s desire.

I heard the Lord say, “Signed, sealed, delivered!”  The first thing that came to me was, “I must not be focusing on Him because that is a secular song written by Stevie Wonder!”

Then I heard the Lord say, “Go and look it up in my Word.”

So, I went to Ephesians 1:13-14 (MSG) and it says, “It’s in Christ that you, once you heard the truth and believed it found yourselves home free – signed, sealed, and delivered by the Holy Spirit.  This signet from God is the first installment on what’s coming, a reminder that we’ll get everything God has planned for us, a praising and glorious life!”

The legal definition says that signed, sealed, and delivered is acknowledgement that the referred document was properly executed by the intended entity, secured in a suitable envelope, and handed over to the intended recipient. It is absolutely definite and cannot be changed because everyone involved has signed all the legal documents.

Whoa! Going into the Courts of Heaven gave me the ability to receive the wisest counsel from the highest court. Today my business is thriving, and with God as my business partner, I can go into the courts and receive counsel for any issue that I may face.
