How can I ascend like Katie teaches?

The more your soul is healed, the easier it will be to ascend. Put your faith on the fact that when you ask to ascend, the Lord wants to take you up. If you are filled with fear or are too tired, wait until after you have praised and worshiped. Let the glory fall, and then ask to ascend. Of course reading Scripture, especially some of the Psalms will help to bring down the glory of God also. Don’t give up! Remember, if you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, you are already seated in Heavenly realms with Christ. By faith, believe it. Each person has different experiences while ascending, so our advice is to keep practicing and try not to put expectations on the experience. God works in different ways with each of us.
